These brushes were ordered for my son who has recently begun watercolor painting. He takes it very seriously and we spend a significant amount of money on his supplies.
Quality brushes have been one of the hardest supplies to find; even the ultra-high-end brushes (read as $15-$20 per brush) have resulted in significant shedding during use which causes him a lot of frustration as he has to try and remove the hairs from the paint.

“These are great! The handles are easy to grip and are long enough that I can use them for several different techniques. The bristles are put in well and don’t shed. The brush heads give me long, steady strokes instead of flipping back and getting stuck like cheap brushes do and they are easy to clean!”
Absolutely perfect! They are small but solid and sturdy with appropriately sized hooks. If you enjoy working with thinner textiles, they will be perfect! In addition to traditional yarns, I like to work with my own homespun angora yarn and these are perfect for it!
